Biography

Ms. Tu Thi Thanh Ha is Tax Counsel at PTN Legal with more than 20 years of experience in the legal field, including more than 15 years in the public sector, from specialist in the Legal Department to Vice Head of the Risk Management Department of the General Department of Taxation. After leaving the General Department of Taxation and before joining PTN Legal, Ms. Ha spent more than 4 years as a legal specialist at Vingroup.

Ms. Ha’s strength is her in-depth knowledge of tax law and practical experience in tax procedures, complaints and tax dispute resolution. She also advises on corporate governance and legal compliance.

Lawyer training course, Vietnam Judicial Academy – Ministry of Justice
Certificate of eligibility to provide tax services, issued by the General Department of Taxation
