Biography

Ms. Hoang Yen Chi is Of Counsel at PTN Legal with over 10 years of experience working on and researching domestic and international law, combining in-house corporate legal work and law firm practice. Before joining PTN Legal, she worked as in-house counsel for technology companies such as VinID and One Mount Group and as a legal adviser to technology start-ups.

Ms. Chi advises on legal and compliance matters across technology products and services, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions and real estate project transfers. Quick to understand technology business models, project information and practical business needs, she focuses on core legal issues and practical, business-aligned solutions that keep clients compliant while achieving their commercial objectives.
