Upon specific requirements of each Client, we will design a specific scope of work to optimize business cost. Otherwise being tailored to meet the specific needs of Clients, PTN Legal’s in-house counsel services may include:
- Advising on any legal issues relating to business operation, projects and annual corporate activities, including corporate governance, commercial, tax, financial, employment and labor, contracts, investment, dispute resolution etc.;
- Reviewing and advising on legal documents, contracts, internal policy etc. provided by the Client to ensure their compliance with the law of Vietnam and protect rights and benefits of the Client;
- Reviewing on material written correspondence with authorities, conducting procedures to obtain license/approval/permit issued by authorities in accordance with the Client’s request and/or the law;
- Providing guidelines for legal compliance management system relating to each sectors during business operation, advising on such implementation to optimize legal compliance during operation;
- Drafting documents, charter, rules, internal policies, business operation, decisions, official letters, power of attorney, etc. at the request of the Client; and
- Advising on dispute resolution and relevant procedures (if any).
