• Legal advice for the development of energy projects;
• Consulting on business structure, capital calling, capital mobilization for project development;
• Review construction contracts, equipment purchase contracts, power purchase contracts, and other contracts related to construction, management and operation of power projects;
• Representing buyers/sellers in mergers and acquisitions transactions for power companies/projects;
• Consulting on the development of new renewable energy sources (such as rooftop solar, surplus gas electricity);
• Participate in contributing ideas to build policies for the electricity industry in general, especially the renewable energy industry in particular.
