• Legal advice on all legal issues related to business operations, projects and daily operations of enterprises, including corporate governance, commerce, tax, finance, recruitment and labor, contracts, corporate governance, investment, litigation, etc.;
• Review and provide advice on legal documents, contracts, internal regulations, etc. provided by the enterprise to ensure compliance with Vietnamese law and protect the rights and interests of the enterprise;
• Review important documents exchanged with State agencies, carry out legal procedures to obtain licenses/approvals/permissions from competent authorities as required by the enterprise and/or as prescribed by law;
• Building a legal compliance control system related to each area in the process of business operation and business conduct of the enterprise, consulting on implementation methods to maximize legal compliance during operation;
• Drafting documents, charters, internal rules, regulations, operating procedures, delegation of authority, contracts, decisions, official dispatches, authorization letters, etc. according to the requirements of the enterprise; and
• Advice on dispute resolution and related procedures (if any).
